/Together is a coalition that everyone is invited to join, dedicated to helping create kinder, closer communities. The initiative is non-political and is supported by many of Britain’s best known organisations, from across the religious, cultural, media, sport, civil society and business sectors, including M&C Saatchi.
/Together has teamed up with the NHS, to dedicate their birthday (Sunday 5th July) to building a national moment of thanks and connection.
The event will be covered live on national media and will be supported by a range of activities from business, sport and voluntary groups. Figures such as Prince William, the Prime Minister/ Leader of the Opposition, the Archbishop of Canterbury and a host of other celebrities have pledged their support and will be taking part on the day.
There are a few ways that you can get involved:
1. Take part on July 5th
We’re asking the whole country to join together at 5pm on the 5th of July in a round of applause to thank all those who have helped us to get through this crisis together. From NHS staff and key workers to delivery drivers, teachers and members of the public who have stayed at home and done the right thing.
2. Spread the word
On social media, help us spread the word by tweeting or posting your support (@togethercoalit).
